What I do
I’m Aye, an acupuncturist and graduate of the globally respected International College of Oriental Medicine (ICOM) and a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC). I have experience supporting women, men, and children with a wide range of health concerns.
These include (but are not limited to):
- sleep issues
- digestive discomfort
- musculoskeletal pain
- menstrual disorders
- menopausal symptoms
- chronic illnesses such as fatigue
- support during fertility journeys
- support during cancer treatments
- emotional challenges like anxiety, grief, overthinking, brain fog and indecision.
Each session draws on traditional diagnostic methods, including pulse and tongue assessment, as well as an in-depth conversation about how you're feeling in your day-to-day. This helps guide my choice of acupuncture points, which are tailored specifically to your unique presentation.
Over time, and through a series of treatments, acupuncture doesn’t just ease symptoms—it helps support deeper shifts that can bring greater balance, clarity, and a renewed sense of wellbeing in your daily life.
About Aye
Originally from Burma and the daughter of a Western trained physician, Aye has long been drawn to the gentle strength and depth of Eastern healing traditions.
Before studying Chinese medicine, she combined raising her two children with work across various creative fields, including luxury children’s fashion, graphic design, and founding her plant-based artisan food brand, Fu Fighters.
Aye’s passion lies in Classical Acupuncture, particularly the Five Elements approach, which explores the dynamic relationship between nature, body, and mind. She has a special fascination with treating the subtle emotional and physical imbalances that quietly shape our everyday lives.
Known for her calm, grounded presence and intuitive approach, Aye offers a space where clients feel deeply seen and heard, inviting a return to balance, vitality, flow and feeling yourself.
