What I do

I’m Aye, an acupuncturist and graduate of the globally respected International College of Oriental Medicine (ICOM) and a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC). I have experience supporting women, men, and children with a wide range of health concerns.

These include (but are not limited to):
- sleep issues
- digestive discomfort
- musculoskeletal pain
- menstrual disorders
- menopausal symptoms
- chronic illnesses such as fatigue
- support during fertility journeys
- support during cancer treatments
- emotional challenges like anxiety, grief, overthinking, brain fog and indecision.

Each session draws on traditional diagnostic methods, including pulse and tongue assessment, as well as an in-depth conversation about how you're feeling in your day-to-day. This helps guide my choice of acupuncture points, which are tailored specifically to your unique presentation.

Over time, and through a series of treatments, acupuncture doesn’t just ease symptoms—it helps support deeper shifts that can bring greater balance, clarity, and a renewed sense of wellbeing in your daily life.

  • Initial consultation + treatment (adult)

    £75

Allow up to 1 hr 30 mins

This first session gives us plenty of time to explore your current concerns, along with a brief overview of your health history. I may ask some questions that seem unrelated—this is part of the holistic diagnostic process in Chinese medicine. I’ll also look at your tongue and feel your pulse to help guide the treatment plan.

Typically, I’ll use between 3 and 10 fine needles, gently inserted and left in place for about 20 minutes. The treatment continues to take effect even after the needles are removed, supporting your body’s natural ability to restore balance and well-being.

  • Follow-up treatment (adult)

    £60

    Allow up to 1hr

These follow-up sessions allow us to check in on how things have progressed since your last treatment. Depending on what’s shifted, I may adjust the treatment plan or continue on the same path if improvements are unfolding.

The number and placement of needles may vary, but the aim remains the same: to build on previous work and support healing at a deeper level.

With regular treatments, the focus gradually shifts from symptom relief to long-term balance and prevention.

  • Child/teen consultation + treatment

    £45

    Allow up to 1hr

This first session gives us time to understand your child’s current symptoms and get a sense of their overall health and well-being. I’ll also ask a few background questions as these help build a full picture of what’s going on.

Language is hugely important, and I’ll be highly attuned to emotional sensitivities—both your child’s and your own. My approach is always calm, respectful, and responsive to how your child is feeling in the moment.

Treatment is very gentle and always adapted to suit their age. If needles are used, they are ultra-fine and usually retained only for a few seconds, sometimes not at all. You are welcome to stay with your child throughout the session.

  • Facial Rejuvination Acupuncture

    £85

    Allow up to 1hr 20mins

This session focuses on both your skincare goals and any underlying health patterns that may be reflected in the skin. I’ll ask a few holistic questions, examine your tongue, and feel your pulse to guide the treatment.

Super fine needles are gently placed on the face and key areas of the body to encourage circulation and support overall vitality. Typically, 10–20 facial needles are used and left in for around 40 minutes. As the effects continue after the session, helping to promote both outer radiance and inner balance, treatments are recommended in 6-week blocks for optimal results.
